I’m forgetting grudges
Dumping hate in dumpsters
Life is too short
And I don’t want to hold any pain in my grave
We’re too old to pretend trivial things matter now
So I walk away
We can walk together before it’s too late
These walls aren’t necessary
I’m forgetting anger and growing up
The flesh only wants a believer stuck
In rights, trespasses, bitter tastes, and death.
