Wrong Turns Into Perhaps

Running into her arms, wrong way

I’ve been told it isn’t welcoming. I can’t stay

Visit, visit

Never move in

Someone else is awaiting my presence to begin

And I’ll come over without a clue

Only to end up in an embrace I’ve been waiting for my whole life.

Asked if I’m okay, no I’m not, I’m on fire

I feel it underneath my skin, someone keeps calling my name

Seasons are about to change.
