What do you see?

I scribbled this in a painting app a long time ago.

I see someone holding up an item to the darkness surrounding them.

Book? Bucket? Lower body?

Or could it be someone backward, chained to a post surrounded by? Or maybe it’s a prison in their mind. Clouded mind.
