The green brick wall I’m hugging
Has seen many outtakes
Cussing air at intervals
Spitting frustrations in a line
Implementing slow steps back
Been teased until I changed my head
Planned all-day around an absent flash
Upset I’ll go outdoors sighing
Bricks take in my disappointments
Let my masks’ makeup never run.
Getting every poison out of circulation they all must leave
Flinging pity filled tears green wall destination until clear
People you’d die for make death cruel
Beat rock until pebbles got stuck in my head hear rattling
Maybe a screw loose for breaking the isolation
Keep my head still until I move beyond.
