“We and Our Words”

Ripping every chance we have, every chance

Burning all the positive places for us to hide

Cancelling fires of romance and seeing everything just one way stubborn

Now we’ve done it, no we’ve become what we’ve feared

Missing the point and ending up tore up welcome here

Placing things where they shouldn’t be blame it on me, all on me

Throwing out things when we feel frightened conversion into fear lonely

Just more names, on the wall of victims save them all, forgive us all

Instead of running why won’t we listen before words starting hitting

Shredding every chance we have, every chance
